Holtek has added the HT67F370 to its range of portable battery-powered products, following the HT69F3x0 series with a 1.8V operating voltage. The HT67F370 offers more abundant system resources, with its Flash Memory expanded to 32K×16, enabling the development of more diverse products. Additionally, it has a built-in 1.8V ADC, suitable for integrating temperature and humidity sensors into various home appliances such as display-type air conditioner remotes, learning remote controls, personal weather stations, and electric pressure cookers, among others, with LCD displays and temperature control.
The main difference between the HT67F370 and the HT69F3x0 series is the built-in 12-bit ADC with up to 12 channels. The built-in ADC of the HT67F370 can be used with sensors to measure environmental analog signals, which can be displayed on an LCD or controlled via PWM. Furthermore, the ADC’s lowest operating voltage can reach 1.8V, providing longer battery life for battery-powered products. The HT67F370 has 32K×16 Flash Memory, 2048×8 RAM, and 256×8 true EEPROM.
The HT67F370 is available in two package types: 64-pin LQFP and 80-pin LQFP. The 64-pin LQFP package is fully compatible with HT69F350 and HT69F360, while the 80-pin LQFP package is fully compatible with HT69F360.
