Holtek has announced the launch of a new series of high-performance, cost-effective MCUs with RF transmission capabilities - the BC68F2123. The MCU is low power, efficient, supports 315/433/868/915MHz (Sub-1GHz) ISM Bands, and complies with ETSI regulations. It is suitable for smart home wireless control applications such as wireless ceiling fans, wireless doorbells and RF switches, extending the diversity of wireless control functions.

The RF Max Tx Power of BC68F2123 is 13dBm. The MCU has 1K×14 Flash program memory, 64 Bytes SRAM, and 32 bytes true EEPROM, which can store tuning or operating parameters and data during production or operation, effectively improving production efficiency and product flexibility. BC68F2123 has 9 I/Os, and can be reused and maximized for functions; 2 sets of Timer Modules are also included, and RF settings can be flexibly and dynamically adjusted.

The operating voltage of BC68F2123 is 2.2V~3.6V and it meets the temperature range requirements of industrial regulations (-40℃~85℃). It is available in a 16-pin NSOP-EP small package, which is suitable for the design of lightweight and wireless product modules.
